Join the Calgary Chapter of the Canadian Society of Corporate Secretaries for a Roundtable Discussion on the Annual General Meeting Season, followed by the 1st Annual CSCS Calgary Chapter Golf Classic

The purpose of the round table session will be to allow corporate governance professionals of all levels to share their experiences from this year's annual meeting season and gain valuable perspectives from you colleagues on how to address issues and challenges when planning for next year's shareholder meetings.

Also in attendance will be Mike McLeod from Canadian Stock Transfer Company and Phoenix Advisory Partners to provide insight and comment into the latest proxy season
