She is Past-Chair of the Canadian Society of Corporate Secretaries and a member of the editorial board for Corporate Secretary magazine. Before founding GG Consulting she spent 20 years with Nexen, most recently as Chief Governance Advisor and Assistant Secretary, developing Nexen’s award winning governance programs and related public disclosure.
