Lynn Beauregard

Lynn Beauregard has been President of Governance Professionals of Canada (GPC) since 2002. Ms. Beauregard is also President and Owner of T.O Corporate Services Inc., a management company which established CSCS in 1994. The company provides a complete solution for small or medium sized trade and professional associations. It offers strategic and administrative services to its clients, including full back office operations, the maintenance and growth of their memberships, their IT and financial needs, event planning, administrative and secretarial support and membership services unique to their industry interests and issues. Previously, Lynn was with the Institute for International Research (IIR) as a Division Manager in charge of conferences in the public sector and in governance. Prior to IIR, Lynn was with Maclean’s Magazine as Editorial Administrator where she coordinated Maclean’s key special editorial projects and events.

Lynn is also currently the Past Chair of the Board of CODE, an NGO focused on delivering programs aimed at sustainable literacy in the developing world, and is a member of its Fund Development Committee. She is a member of the Canadian Society of Association Executives (CSAE), The Corporate Secretary International Association (CSIA), the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD) and a founding member of Women Get on Board (WGOB). Lynn holds a university degree in Business Administration and Psychology from Bishop’s University. Her mother tongue is French and she is also fluent in Spanish.
