We have been asked to develop a Board of Directors Procedures Manual. This Manual would be in addition to the existing Board of Directors Charter, Statement of Corporate Governance Practices and Board Policies.

Does anyone have a Manual template, or know of a template that they would be willing to share with us or direct us to.
