Corporate Secretary is the editorial voice for the corporate secretary community, which in addition to corporate secretaries includes in-house counsel and corporate governance officers. Launched in 2002 as a quarterly, the magazine became a monthly in 2005. It's dedicated to helping corporate secretaries succeed in their critical role serving the board. Topics covered regularly in the publication include: risk management, governance compliance, board communications, records management, D&O liability, director education, executive compensation and shareholder activism.
